1. What is the T-LOCK system and how does it work?
The T-LOCK system is our exclusive anti-rattle club management top, designed to keep your golf clubs soundless and organized.
It uses 14 individual slots with secure locking grooves that hold clubs firmly in place—even during cart movement or rough terrain.
Bonus: It’s especially effective for hybrid clubs, extended-length clubs, and jumbo grips.
2. Will my oversized grips or left-handed clubs fit the T-LOCK bag?
Yes — as long as your grips are within the supported size range:
- Irons & woods: Max diameter 1.20 inches
- Putter slot: Max diameter 1.45 inches
Most oversized grips (like SuperStroke Tour 2.0–3.0, Golf Pride CP2, or Winn Oversize) fit perfectly in the iron slots. If you're using extra-large grips like JumboMax XL or SuperStroke Flatso 1.7, they may only fit in the putter slot, not the iron slots.
As for left-handed clubs, the T-LOCK design is fully ambidextrous — it works just as well for left- and right-handed club sets.

What’s the difference between T-Lock 2.0 bag and T-Lock 3.0 bag?
The T-Lock 3.0 version has the same features as T-Lock 2.0, but it comes with below updates based on T-Lock 2.0 bag.

Does the T-Lock bag work with extended clubs and hybrid club set?
This particular T-Lock bag is designed to accommodate standard-sized golf clubs as well as extended clubs that are up to 1 inch longer than the standard length. However, it is not compatible with hybrid club sets due to space and design limitations.
Does the T-Lock bag fit in jumbo/oversized grips?
Our T-Lock bag is designed to accommodate standard-sized grips comfortably. However, if you have specific clubs with jumbo/oversized grips that you plan to use with the T-Lock bag, we recommend checking the dimensions of both your grips and the bag’s club dividers to ensure a proper fit. Normally, the grip bottom diameter for irons within 1.35inch, woods within 1.75inch and putter within 2.2inch will be no problems.
Does the T-Lock bag work with left handed clubs?
Yes, the T-Lock bag is designed to accommodate left-handed clubs seamlessly. Our products are made with versatility in mind, ensuring that golfers of all preferences can enjoy their game comfortably and efficiently.
Is there a pocket flap removable so I can get it embroidered?
On our T-Lock bag, the front top pocket flap is designed to be removable. And we do offer custom embroidery services. If you are interested in personalizing your bag, please contact our customer service team for more details on how to proceed with the embroidery service.

I got the Ask Echo cart bag a year after my husband bought one because I like my clubs to all stay in the same place. The pockets are incredible, there is SO much room for everything. My clubs stay in place, it's so nice to not hear them clanking together. I got the almond color and I have received so many compliments on how beautiful my bag is! I had purchased the T-Lock 2.0 on Amazon and after the first use, the zipper on the velcro pocket broke at the stitching in two different areas. I had difficulty going through Amazon to get feedback on a return or bag replacement. Finally, got through to Ask Echo Support, with pictures and lot number and recieved a response promptly.Ibwas sent a gift card to purchase another bag from their online website. If you have any doubt on purchasing a bag from Ask Echo, don't hesitate to do so. These golf bags are excellent and well made. This incident may have been an isolated instance but the support team corrected it in a very timely matter once I got through to the correct channels. I just can't say enough about these golf bags and their support. I am self employed and do Graphic Installations for Roger Dunn/Golf Mart in So. California. It would be great to see these bags in these retail stores where customers can see and feel the quality of the product. We have the T-lock and SLC130. They are both great. I prefer the T-lock personally. They are both dead silent on my golf cart. The T-lock does sit slightly taller in terms of the bag strap pass through slots so I only use the strap through the front slot, not the sides. Shipping was quick. We received both bags after only a couple of days. Highly recommended.

My old golf bag had dry rotted, thought I may want one of the bags that swivel at the top. Decided no on the swivel bag as the clubs bang around. I found Echo and had to think about it, re-ran the video several times. I took a risk and absolutely love it. Your clubs fit snug and you will notice pretty quickly if you left a club on the greens. After two years of getting made fun of (rightfully so) for wearing iron head covers on my brand new irons, I tried everything to get my irons to stop smacking into one another. Then I saw an ad for Askecho and finally had hope to throw the covers in the trash. After receiving my bag, I couldn’t be happier.
