Warranty Policy

1.Warranty Coverage:
Ask Echo Golf ("the Company") warrants that your golf bag is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 24 months from the date of original purchase. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2.What is Covered:

• Defects in materials such as fabric, zippers, straps, and handles.
• Defects in workmanship, including stitching and assembly.

3.What is Not Covered:

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents.
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and fading.
• Damage caused by improper storage or exposure to extreme weather conditions.
• Alterations or repairs made by unauthorized service centers or individuals.
• Damage caused by airline travel or other transportation methods.

4.Warranty Claims:
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service at support@askechogolf.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Provide your order number and a detailed description of the defect.

5.Warranty Service:
Upon receipt of the order information, the Company will determine if the defect is covered under this warranty. If the defect is covered, the Company will, at its discretion:

• Repair the golf bag using new or refurbished parts.
• Replace the golf bag with a new or refurbished model.
• Refund the purchase price, less a reasonable depreciation fee based on usage.

6.Limitation of Liability:
The Company's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of the golf bag. The Company shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the golf bag.

7.Changes to Warranty Policy:
The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website.
