Shipping policy

At present, we don't accept any orders outside the United States.

Order Processing time: 1-2 Days

Shipping time: 

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days  (Free shipping)
  • Expedited delivery service (up charge $59.9 per order), the default shipment is every Mon, Wed and Fri.
  • Customized order: standard shipping in 25 to 30 business days.

    Order to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands,  Alaska, we have to up charge $110 freight costs per order.

    Damaged in Transit Exchange Policy

    Inspect Upon Delivery: Please inspect the package before signing for it or immediately upon receipt if a signature is not required.

    Document the Damage: Please take clear photos and/or videos showing:

    1. The external shipping box with any dents, tears, or water damage.
    2. The internal packaging and how the item was secured.
    3. The damaged product itself from multiple angles.
    4. Any visible serial numbers or order shipping labels.

    Do Not Discard Anything: Keep all original packaging (outer box, inner inserts, packing slips). The carrier may need to inspect it.

    Contact Customer Service Team: Please report the damage directly to us (not the shipping carrier) within 24 hours of delivery.

    Replacement: We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for the damaged item. And will ship out a new replacement item immediately at no cost.
