I took a risk leaving my favorite Sun Mountain bag and I had a very good initial impression with this bag. It was 5 star bag.
-lots of pockets and great layout
-individual club slots
-2x bult in glove Velcro spots and clip anchors
-cart straps and sleeves
-outside pen holder
-club holding brush system and anti-rotation design
-sits flat on the ground without tipping over
After one season, I am removing some stars.
-the material was very stiff initially and would crease, but doesn't seem as bad now not a big deal.
-don't write "value" where I'd put my valuables, it only makes them easier to steal
-the top center plastic carrying handle broke and now I risk getting pinched every time I move it. Never dropped. Carefully moved from car to cart and back. I might try to RMA this winter but I'm not sure it qualifies. So for $300 I am pretty disappointed.
-not a huge fan of the 15th slot. I don't use a retriever so it just makes me think I'm missing a club every time I look at it.
I would probably buy this bag again in the future.
If I did, I would soak the plastic in WD-40 to soften it and try to stop it from cracking again.
I love the look and the brush system is not a gimmick. It's great to tip over and show people that the clubs don't fall out. It really does have a pocket for everything, even my speaker.
Keeps my Miura's safe.
Update.
Ask Echo reached out to me within a day or 2 of my review and have already sent me a replacement bag for my broken handle!
They have also removed the text "value pocket" and never even asked me to update my review.
I can't wait to see if they come out with new patterns in the future.

I have this bag as my “full course” bag and a Sunday bag as my “1/2 course” bag. I love them both. The SLC-130 is by far the best cart bag I’ve ever owned. I was deciding between the SLC, an Ogio Silencer or Sun Mountain Maverick and the Ask Echo SLC-130 has everything you could want/need from the other 2 bags without any compromises. However, I do hope they come out with an attachment to replace the rubber organizing top if it gets worn out with normal wear and tear.
